A corner of the Tuscan Ligurian Emilian Apennines still little known, untouched among green hills, along the ancient Abbot’s Way.
The dream in the drawer was to cultivate organic and offer hospitality with typical Emilian
cuisine,
slice of land in the green, high hill at 550 meters, above the river Taro, where we opened
in 2008 our organic farm
After searching and finding the place of the heart, here in Val Taro on the Emilian
Apennines,
we decided to escape from the center of Milan and we chose to live the mountain
Fabrizio, veterinarian, expert in agriculture and beekeeping and Laura, editorial graphics,
with a passion for cooking and furniture
We have always shared a love of cooking ...

To the green hills alternate woods, beech and mountain paths,
for trails in the unspoiled nature of Val Taro and Val Ceno,
ideal destination in autumn, to go for mushrooms and chestnuts
and for the PORCINO IGP mushroom of BORGOTARO.
Small and characteristic villages, cities of art, and castles to visit
Along the river Taro, the Ceno and the Taroldine, there are many waterfalls of clear
water.
