BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the total stay.
In case of non-refundable reservation it will be necessary to proceed to the total advance balance of the reservation.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of our confirmation by bank transfer or with PAYPAL.
The data of the bank transfer will be transmitted directly to the customer; it is appreciated the sending of the accounting copy via mail.
Check-In and Check-Out
Reception is open daily from from 3 to 7 pm.
Room delivery is guaranteed from 3 pm. and before 7 pm., while the day of departure the room must be left free at 10:30 am.
Guests who have special needs - such as early morning departures or late arrival - are welcome to contact us within 24 hours of expected arrival.

ANIMALS
Dogs are allowed on request. ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Linen
Each guest will find in the room bath linen (bathrobe for adults, face towel and body towel for everyone).
CHANGE OF BATHROBES EVERY 7 DAYS, IF REQUESTED BEFORE, THE COST IS 5 EURO FOR EACH BATHROBE.
Towels are changed daily and bed linen is changed every 7 days.
Each extra change has a cost of € 5.00 per person for towels and € 15.00 for bed linen.
The necessary equipment for access to the sauna are: rubber slippers, bathrobe and towel.
If you need the double pillow ask Laura or Fabrizio, without unpacking the beds that you do not use in the rooms.
Each bed used more or less than the occupants of the room has an additional cost of €15.
Laundry on request: 12 euros for 1 washer and 1 dryer.

Welcome gift
As a welcome gift, our guests will find in the bathroom a Courtesy Set of the line of organic products, consisting of toothpaste, liquid soap, shampoo and shower foam.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice greater than 45 days from arrival: no penalty
- Notice from 44 to 30 days from arrival: 50% loss of the deposit
- Notice from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 70% loss of deposit
- Notice from 14 days to the day of arrival or no show (no show): loss of the entire amount of the deposit
- In case of early departure: the full amount of the stay must be paid
Cancellation cause Covid- 19
We inform you that the farm Terra Antica, in compliance with the decree law of 16 March 2020, approved by the Council of Ministers on measures in support of businesses, will allow you to use the deposit paid for a future stay, in case of cancellations due to:
- Government or local restrictions
- Proven positive for Covid-19
- Forced quarantine due to close contact with positive subjects
It will be necessary to send by mail the relative documentation attesting the quarantine obligation or the positive outcome of the test carried out within and not later than 12 hours from the reception of the same.
The deposit can be frozen for a period of 6 months from the day of cancellation.
